Self-Worth was something I used as a tool to drag myself through the mud. I would tear myself apart, put myself down, put myself in dangerous and unsafe situations because I did not believe I was worth anything at all. I wondered how others can feel priceless while I felt completely worthless as a person. Much later on in life, I learned my true self worth as a person.
